Payment methods
You can pay for your order in the following ways. The options available at any given time are shown at the last checkout step, before you confirm.
Credit or debit card
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. At checkout you are redirected to the secure Redsys payment gateway with Banco Sabadell, where you enter your details directly on the bank's page.
Card details (number, holder and validation codes) are never saved or stored in Bobgrow's databases: they are received and processed by the bank.
Bank transfer or deposit
You can pay the full amount by bank transfer or deposit into our account:

- The reference must include the buyer's name and the order number so we can identify the payment.
- Payment must be made within 72 hours of the order; after that the reserved stock is released.
- To speed things up, send the bank receipt to info@bobgrow.com.
As soon as we verify the payment we prepare the shipment.
Website security
The whole store runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Bobgrow never stores full card numbers.
