Scope
These terms govern purchases made on this website. By confirming an order you accept the version published at that time. They apply together with the Legal notice, the Privacy policy and the Returns policy.
Who can buy
Purchases are restricted to persons over 18 with legal capacity to enter into contracts. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may cancel orders where there are reasonable grounds to believe otherwise.
Products and catalogue information
Each product page describes the item, its characteristics and its price. Photographs are indicative: packaging, format or presentation may vary depending on the manufacturer. Variety descriptions and THC or CBD figures come from information supplied by seed banks and manufacturers.
Cannabis seeds are sold as collectors' and preservation items, as explained in the Legal notice.
Availability
We work with live stock figures, but an item may sell out between your order and its preparation. If that happens we will contact you so you can choose to wait, replace the item or be refunded for it.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros. Before confirming your order you will see the full breakdown, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, which is the amount charged. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect orders already confirmed.
How an order is placed
You add products to the cart, review the order, choose a delivery address and payment method, and confirm. The contract is formed at that point. We send a confirmation email with the order summary; if you do not receive it, check your spam folder and let us know.
Payment methods
Available payment methods are shown at the final checkout step. Payment data is handled directly by the corresponding bank or payment gateway: Bobgrow does not store full card numbers.
Shipping and delivery times
Costs and estimated delivery times are shown before you confirm the order, and general carriage conditions are set out on the Shipping and delivery page. Delivery times are estimates and start once payment is confirmed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure, although we will help you track and claim.
Please check the parcel on delivery. If it arrives damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery note and contact us as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. The procedure, exceptions and who pays return costs are detailed on the Returns and withdrawal page.
Legal guarantee
Products carry the legal conformity guarantee established by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007: three years from delivery for goods purchased on or after 1 January 2022. If a product is not as described, write to info@bobgrow.com with your order number and photographs and we will arrange repair, replacement or a refund as appropriate.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear, damage caused by improper use or customer modifications. For living or perishable products such as seeds, no germination result is guaranteed, since cultivation is not an authorised use.
Use of the products
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the products complies with the legislation in force where they live. Bobgrow does not advise on unlawful uses and accepts no liability for them.
Cancelling or changing an order
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can amend it while it has not left the warehouse; once shipped, it must be handled as a return.
Customer service and complaints
Write to info@bobgrow.com or use the contact form. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the consumer protection bodies of your region.
Applicable law
Spanish law applies. For consumer disputes, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction; otherwise, the courts of Madrid.
