Access and use
Browsing the site is free of charge, apart from your internet connection costs. Registration and purchases are restricted to persons over 18 with legal capacity to enter into contracts.
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to introduce malicious code, not to attempt to access restricted areas or other users' data, and not to extract catalogue content automatically without authorisation.
About the products
Cannabis seeds are sold as collectors' and preservation items. Germination and cultivation are prohibited in Spain unless expressly authorised by the authorities, and the owner neither promotes nor advises on any unlawful use. The rest of the catalogue (growing equipment, lighting, substrates, fertilisers and accessories) consists of legally traded products whose use is the buyer's responsibility.
Information published about varieties, genetics or growing techniques is for general information only. It is not agronomic, legal or medical advice.
Legal status of cannabis seeds
Cannabis seeds fall outside the legal definition of cannabis. The UN Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961, ratified by Spain, controls «the flowering or fruiting tops of the cannabis plant (excluding the seeds and leaves when not accompanied by the tops)» (art. 1.b), and its article 28 states that «this Convention shall not apply to the cultivation of the cannabis plant exclusively for industrial purposes (fibre and seed) or horticultural purposes». Seeds are not listed in its schedules, so trading in and possessing them in Spain is not a criminal offence.
The owner sells seeds as collectors' and genetic preservation items, expressly restricted from being used for purposes contrary to law or to promote, encourage or facilitate the illegal consumption of prohibited substances. Spanish law treats cultivation or possession of plants intended to promote, encourage or facilitate illegal consumption as an offence against public health.
National legislation differs widely: in some countries mere possession of seeds is illegal. The owner therefore does not sell or ship cannabis seeds to countries where possession or trade is unlawful, and recommends checking local rules before buying. No liability is accepted for legal problems arising from the customer's use of the products, and no refunds are given for goods seized or rejected at customs.
Where a strain description mentions effects of consumption, this is descriptive information supplied by the seed bank and is in no case a recommendation to consume. Sales restricted to adults over 18.

Texts, photographs, illustrations (including the Bobi mascot), logos, design and code on this website belong to Roilab Intelligence S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use. You may view and download content for personal use, but not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or transform it for commercial purposes without written permission.
Manufacturer and seed bank trademarks shown in the catalogue belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify products.
Liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee the absence of typographical errors, outdated content or service interruptions. If you spot an error in a product page or a price, let us know and we will correct it.
The owner is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the website or from the use the customer makes of the products purchased.
