Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.
How to arrange it
Write to info@bobgrow.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We reply with instructions and the return address. If the issue is a problem with the order (broken, wrong or incomplete), tell us within 72 hours of receiving it and attach photos so we can claim from the carrier or supplier.
Condition of returned items
Unused, complete, in their original packaging and protected with suitable transport packaging. We cannot accept, for example, a bulb that arrives broken because it was poorly protected on the way back.
What cannot be returned
- Sealed products that have been opened: vaporisers, pipes, bongs and similar.
- Products that can be copied, reproduced or mixed: fertilisers, oils, cosmetics, CDs and DVDs.
- Orders without an invoice or delivery note.
- Gifts and free items from the store.
- Returns from one user account to a different one.
Refund
Once the return is received and checked we refund you within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method, including any shipping costs you paid on the original order. If you prefer, you can ask for a voucher or discount code valid for 6 months.
Return costs
Return carriage to our warehouse is at the customer's expense, with one exception: if the fault is ours (wrong, faulty or damaged product), we cover it.
If the parcel cannot be delivered because delivery could not be arranged with the carrier within the attempts described on the Shipping and delivery page, both the outbound and return carriage are at the customer's expense.
Cannabis seed returns
The seeds we sell are collectors' and genetic preservation items and may only be germinated where the law allows. Customers are responsible for knowing the legislation in their territory.
- Claims for non-germinated seeds are handled once the corresponding seed bank accepts the return, as the guarantee is theirs.
- They must be sent back in their original packaging.
- At least 20% of the packet contents must be affected.
- Hermaphroditism is not accepted as a reason: it cannot be determined whether it comes from the genetics or from stress during cultivation, so the bank does not cover it.
- Free seeds and loose (bulk) seeds cannot be returned.
Guarantee and faulty products
Beyond withdrawal, products carry the 3-year legal conformity guarantee from delivery (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, for goods bought on or after 1 January 2022). After the withdrawal period we still handle faults, replacements and manufacturer guarantees.
